Ordering

To purchase items, fill in the order form found at the bottom at each collection accordingly and click on the submit button. A payment invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours to confirm the items of purchase. Please fill in the form carefully to ensure correct details are provided. Orders will only be taken in via the order form.

Once you have been issued an invoice, payment is to be made within 24 hours. Delay or no response from buyer will result in items being put back up for sale and the buyer blacklisted from any purchase at RATHERANDOM in future. We take this seriously and hence advise buyers to send in the order form ONLY in confidence of buying. If you have any enquiries before ordering, please drop us an email at ask.ratherandom@gmail.com. In any case that you are unable to make your payment within 24hours, please do let us know within the day itself.

Please note that the availability status of items on sale will be changing from time to time. In the event that the items you’ve opted to purchase is pending/sold out after your submission of form, we will try our best to get back to you on the status update, as soon as possible. Hence, we would advise that you also fill in other alternative items you would like to purchase in any case of the above mentioned.

We currently take in orders locally (Singapore) only.

Sizing and Fittings

All items for sale at RATHERANDOM are brand new. Majority of our items will fit UK6-8, size S-M. For a more accurate fit, please do check with the measurements provided for each item.

Payment and Delivery

We currently only accept direct and interbank transfer to our POSB/DBS account. We do not accept Paypal or any concealed cash. For ATM transfer customers, please provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose. Please note that we will not hesitate to take legal actions against any fraud cases.

Normal Postage is waived for items sold at RATHERANDOM. An additional $2.50 is required for Registered Postage opted. We highly recommend opting for Registered Postage for a peace of mind. Please note that we will NOT be responsible and liable for any packages lost in the mail via Normal Postage.

All packages will be mailed out approximately 3 working days after we receive payments. Please note that all our packages sent out are properly packed and sealed, with our return address. In the event of any lost or damaged mail, it will NOT be held responsible by us.

Meetups are available only when stated. Timings will be confirmed via email. All payments will have to be made first prior to meetups.

Refunds and Exchanges

RATHERANDOM makes our best effort to display as accurately, the looks and colours of our items for sale on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the looks and colours on screen will be exactly the same as our items.

Hence, we DO NOT do any exchanges or refunds, unless there has been a mistake in your order on our part, or in the event of defected items NOT due to mail.

In the event that any of our item sold is defected, a partial refund will be made if the flaw is minor. An exchange for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund will be made for a major defect.

There may be information on www.ratherandom.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after your order submission).
